New teardown videos of the M2 MacBook Air have been released, but they add more mysteries than they solve. As well as showing just how tightly and well-engineered the device is, they definitely show the MacBook Air has an accelerometer — for some unknown reason.

Plus there is debate here, but some sources are claiming the new device also features a U1 chip. So conceivably you could drop the MacBook Air, which would definitely trigger the accelerometer, and you could then use the U1 chip to find the device at your feet.

So there's just a chance that Apple has more plans for the MacBook Air than it has revealed so far.

While everyone waits to see what these MacBook Air extra components will be used for, quite a lot of people are wishing "Ted Lasso" wasn't coming to an end. It was always meant to be three seasons and done, but it's true that star and co-creator has sometimes hinted at a fourth run.
